Dennis Kiner Email: [email protected] Term Began 2009 Denny represents District 4 in Davison County, which falls in the northeast corner of the county. To see a detailed map of the Districts, click on the Commission page or see the links below. Denny was appointed to the Commission in 2009, then elected in 2010 and Re-elected in 2012, 2016, & 2020. Denny served 28 years in the military achieving the enlisted rank of Sergeant First Class and the Officer rank of Lt. Colonel. He enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and 12 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. |
