Exterior Repair Maintenance Bid
Davison County is accepting bids for exterior building repairs at the Davison County
Courthouse located at 200 E 4th Ave, Mitchell SD. Scope of work includes Masonry cleaning, 100% Tuckpointing, Stone patching/replacement, sealant replacement of copings and wash joints also waterproofing. Specifications can be picked up at Auditor office at the Davison County Courthouse or online at DavisonCounty.org or Contact Joel Rang Maintenance Director at 605-999-6538. Submitted bids must be received by Auditors office by 5pm November 18th 2024. Davison County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
